SCOPE
The overall objective of this project is to enhance the productivity of poultry meat and eggs by strengthening backyard poultry flocks through the provision of high producing 5.00 million birds on 30 percent subsidy throughout the country including AJK, ICT and GB in next 4 years. The specific objectives of this project include:
- Strengthening of backyard poultry through the provision of high producing birds
- Addressing protein deficiency and malnutrition
- Capacity building of households and field staff throughout Pakistan
- 270443 Birds distributed up to Dec-2020
- Training of 4271 beneficiaries.
- To reduce malnutrition.
- Generation of self-employment
- To reduce the poverty in reduction
